Our Refund Policy

We take 20% of the agreed total rental cost as deposit, excluding catering, at the time of signing the contract. The balance is due 15 days from date of event. No exceptions. No direct refunds for cancellations.

However, on cacellation of the event, the customer can avail the deposited amount as credit for future events within a period of one year from the date of cancellation.
